Prices and regulations

Prices may vary depending on the chosen period:

La Casa nel Verde (apartment):

from Euro 52 per day for 1 person

by Euro 72 per day for 2 people

 

La Casa nel Verde 2 (rooms):

from Euro 37 per day for 1 person 

from Euro 57 per day for 2 people

The amounts include cleaning costs, while they do not include the tourist tax to be calculated per person and per night.

50% discount for children under 12 years old, free for children under 3 years old.

Discounts for long-term stays.

​

For booking, a deposit equal to 50% of the total amount of the stay is required. In case of missed overnight stay, or cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival, the deposit is non-refundable. 

The payment of the deposit must be made within 3 days of the booking request, otherwise the booking will not be considered valid.

The total payment must be paid upon arrival in cash, by debit card, credit card or by advance bank transfer. 

The cards accepted are VISA, MASTERCARD, V PAY and MAESTRO.
